Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent, quash the Office Memorandum bearing No.KKL/CA/HR/ REG/SEC/2015, dated 03.07.2015 issued by the respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently, to direct the respondent to continue to implement its order, dated 10.06.2015, bearing No.KKL/CA/HR/REG/SEC/2015 and to pass such other orders or directions as this Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case, award cost.

The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter to the registry, dated 20-06-2016, seeking to list the matter under the caption “For withdrawal”. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
