Prayer :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the connected records of the first respondent relating to the exparte order under section 9(5) of the Principal Act in his Proceedings Na.Ka.S.R.7/93-A1, dated 11.3.1996 and the consequential notice U/S 11(5) of the said Act, dated 01.04.1999 requiring the surrender possession of the Vacant land to the District Collector, Salem (Certified Copies issued on 31.1.2003) and quash the same so far as the petitioners are concerned.
