Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent herein , viz., the proceedings in Letter No.CE/PPP/SE/EE-1,(PP)/F. IBPIL-WP/D: 313/15, dated 13.05.2015, and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to release the payments forthwith, which are due and payable to the petitioner for the energy, which was supplied by the petitioner to the respondents within the state of Tamil Nadu, pursuant to the Government Order, passed in G.O.Ms.No.10 Energy (C3) Department, dated 27.02.2009.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (T.N.E.R.C.) and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in W.P.No.17542 of 2015.
