Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to take any consequential action of sealing and locking, disconnecting the electricity, water supply and demolishing the petitioner's house property situated in Plot No.59, S.F.No.109/1, 2, Abraham Nagar (Senthamil Nagar), Kaikattivalasu, Villarasampatti, Erode to get approval from concerned authorities as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E2/781/2016 dated 29.03.2016 pending disposal of the appeal dated 01.04.2016 before the second respondent.
