Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to order issued in Na.Ka.No.43802/2011/CC1 dated 09.03.2012 and quash the same to the limited extent of regularising the period from 12.03.2011 to 18.05.2011 as Extraordinary Leave on Medical Certificate (LLP with MC) and to consequently direct the respondent herein to treat the said period of 68 days from 12.03.2011 to 18.05.2011 as Unearned Leave on Medical Certificate and to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner herein.
