Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the second respondent in his letter No.K5/10617/2009, dated 03.05.2010, and to quash the same, and to direct him to allot the shop No.BL-4, situate in B-Block to an extent of 200 sq.ft., in Koyambedu Vegetable Market, Koyambedu, Chennai, as per his application No.K-4226, dated 10.12.2009.
The Writ Petition was listed today under the caption, "For Withdrawal", based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the Registry on 15.04.2016. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, and he has also made a common endorsement to that effect in W.P.No.10639 of 2010.
