Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorari calling for the entire records of the 1st respondent in his order dated 28.03.2013 in Ref.No.57983/11/2012 and quash the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 22.07.2016 to the Registry to that effect. The learned counsel also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.
2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 22.07.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected misellaneous petition is also dismissed.
