This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned resolution number 92 passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.06.2014 and the consequential Auction Tender Notification in Na.Ka No. 4500/2011/A1 dated 23.07.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently permit the petitioners to continue as licensees under the respondents till the expiry of their license period.
