Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to its receipt, dated 28.11.2013 issued to the third respondent in the name of the petitioner association under Receipt No.024918 for the purpose of amending the memorandum and bye-laws of the petitioner association and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
