The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to refund the proportionate signiorage fee (out of Rs.4,83,000/-) and Security Deposit of Rs.48,300/- paid by the petitioner on 03.08.2012 and vide the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2015.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2015, the 1st respondent has not passed any orders.
3.Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders within the stipulated time.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
