This Writ Appeal in fact is preferred against an interim order passed by a learned Single Judge on 11th July, 2013, pending the writ petition. It has now transpired that the writ petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn and hence, this Writ Appeal does not survive any further and accordingly, it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
