Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the cause in this Writ Appeal does not survive for further adjudication in view of the subsequent development. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, at his request, liberty to raise the contention canvassed in this Writ Appeal in an appropriately constituted proceedings would be reserved.
