Though order made, in WP(MD)No.9443 of 2015, dated 12.08.2015, is impugned in the instant appeal, on this day when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.N.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the afore-said order has been implemented vide order, dated 31.12.2015, by which, the Block https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Development Officer, Thovalai Panchayath Union, Kanyakumari District, has allotted a house to the respondent, under the Free

Housing Scheme. True copy of the order, dated 31.12.2015, produced before this Court, shall be treated as part of record. The order dated 31.12.2015, reads as follows:-
