WP.No.16753 of 2008:Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent made in G.O.Ms.No.266 E&F (FR II) Department dt 31.10.1996 and quash the same in so far as it deletes the special rule 11 (b) (iii) with retrospective effect direct the respondents from 4.11.78 to apply special rule 11 (b) (iii) of Tamilnadu Forest Subordinate Service Rule and promote the petitioner to the post of Forest Ranger with retrospective effect form 30.6.1995 with all the attendant service and monetary benefits.
