supply to the petitioner herein, pertaining to the petitioner Service Connections under S.C.No.413/IV, 463/IV and 826/III-B respectively at the petitioner's premises at No.7C, Kokarayanpet Road, Kollapatti, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, Tamilnadu.
