Appeals filed under Order 36 Rule 1 of Original Side Rules read with Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act, against the Judgement and Decree dated 10.04.2012 passed in O.A.No.174 of 2012 and A.No.1515 of 2012 in C.S.No.157 of 2012. Oringinal Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondent/defendants, their man, Servants agents or any person claiming under them from exploiting the Tamil Motion Picture Kanimozhi by dubbing the same in Telugu under the title love Journey or any other language and releasing, screening, distributing, publishing, telecasting, printing copying in any other language in any form, pending disposal of the above suit.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that a settlement has been arrived at with the appellant, under which part payment has already been made by the appellant, and thus, nothing
survives in the appeals. That may be the reason for nonappearance of the appellant.
