Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS directing the 2nd respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue, the petitioners son by name M.Loganathan, aged about 22 years before this Court and set him at liberty.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
