Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the interim injunction passed, the petitioner town panchayat faces much hardship in that the respondents/plaintiffs have stopped paying rent on the strength of such order. Learned counsel further submits that counter has also been filed by respondents/plaintiffs. Submitting as above, learned counsel prays for early disposal of the applications.

A perusal of the papers reveals that the interim applications have been adjourned on more than ten occasions for the purpose of enquiry. In the circumstances, both the civil revision petitions are disposed of with a direction to the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, to dispose of I.A.No.268 of 2015 in O.S.No.74 of 2015 and I.A.No.314 of 2015 in O.S.No.83 of 2015 pending on its

file as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
