16.12.2010 passed in M.P.No.643 of 2010 in C.C.No.1009 of 2010
pending on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore,
Chennai.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition stating that the matter has been settled out of Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
