selected as a Village Administrative Officer is frequently threatening him and that he is not able to go to his village.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, T.Palur Police Station, Ariyalur District and lodge a complaint and on such complaint being lodged, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
