Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This Court, under orders dated 16.02.2016, has called for report from the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Coimbatore. In his report dated 26.02.2016, the Judicial Magistrate has stated that the respondent police has already filed charge sheet in Crime No.1060 of 2013 on 22.09.2015 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.238 of 2015 on 25.09.2015.

As already final report has been filed in Crime No.1060 of 2013 on the file of the respondent, the question of transferring investigation in such case does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
