Today both the spouses along with their respective counsel are present before this Court and they would submit that they joined together and do not want to pursue the proceedings in M.C.No.4 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi and also the proceedings in O.S.No.45 of 2015 pending on the file of III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original
Petition is dismissed and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous
Petition is also dismissed. It is left open to the parties to
file appropriate application before the concerned Courts for
withdrawal of M.C.No.4 of 2015 and O.S.No.45 of 2015.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No
costs.
