This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the C.M.P.No.7367 of 2015 also described as C.M.P.No. 6121 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore to the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court of some other District.

1. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he filed a private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore, which was dismissed by the learned Magistrate and thereafter, the petitioner has filed another C.M.P.No.7367 of 2015 for certain relief. Now, the petitioner has come up with this petition to transfer C.M.P.No.7367 of 2015 [also described as C.M.P.No.6121 of 2015] from the file of the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore to the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore. While so, it is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the Sub Inspector of Police, CCB, Coimbatore has registered a regular case in Crime No.27 of 2016 against the respondents herein and that the investigation is pending.
