Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANNITHEVAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:-

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions from one Mr.Wilson , SSI Police submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition as imposed by this Court even for a single day.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
