No.5, Madurai on 10.30 a.m instead of appearing before the J.M. No.1 pudukkottai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
Crl MP(MD).No. 4759/2016 in Crl OP(MD)No.6339/2016: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner to comply the condition order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). no.6339 of 2015 dated 20.4.2016 from 25.5.2016 to till the permit the petitioner to continuing to complying the condition order of this Honourable Court after furnishing surety in connection with Cr.No.792 of 2013 on the file of the Thuckalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District.
Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.Anbarasan,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the Petitions the Court made the following order:-
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitioners and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
