Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 2206 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.146 of 2016 dated 14.03.2016 in so far as it relates to calculation for payment of maintenance amount from March 2015 instead of April 2009.
Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 146/ 2016 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to allow the Criminal Revision and call for records relating to order pased by Learned Family Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.61 of 2015 in Cr.M.P.No.114/2009 in M.C.No.28 of 1991 dated 29.10.2015 and set aside the same.
