This Court by order dated 02.09.2014, directed the first
respondent/second petitioner herein to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.439 of 2013 and complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously
as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But, now the petitioners have come forward this petition to grant another period of eight weeks to complete the investigation and file a final report.
2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners.
3.Learned counsel for the respondent has fairly conceded that he
has no objection for granting eight weeks time as sought for by the petitioners.

Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to grant eight weeks time to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.439 of 2013 without fail.
