that the Criminal Appeal Petition be and hereby is allowed;

that the conviction and sentence imposed on the appellant/sole accused, by Judgment dated 03.09.2015, made in S.C.No.76 of 2015 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi is set aside;

that the appellant/Sole accused be and hereby is acquitted;

that the fine amount, if any, paid by the appellant shall be refunded;
