Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order dated 25.3.2014 has been complied with and the petitioner's representation was rejected by order dated 23.3.2016.

Since order has been complied with, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the said order, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
