This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging

willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.20194 of 2014 dated 31.03.2015.

2. In the said Writ Petition, the petitioner has

challenged the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram Division, Kanchipuram District dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

23.04.2013. Since the petitioner by then had filed an

appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram, this Court directed the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader

submitted that the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram (Appellate Authority), has passed an order dated 17.12.2015, remanding the matter for fresh consideration to

the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner submitted that the petitioner is fighting for

grant of patta since the year 2009 and he is put to great prejudice. The Authorities should take into consideration
