respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders/take appropriate
action, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

and that the respondent was given an opportunity of reasonable
hearing and order was passed by the respondent in Ref.No.Na.Ka.11293/2016/A1 and thus the order passed by this
