This Court by an order dated 20.01.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.30823 of 2014, directed the respondents police
to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner
dated 26.03.2014 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizance offence, the respondents are also directed to proceed further in

facie case is made out, the respondents are at liberty to

pass appropriate orders on the said complaint. Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition.
the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in crime No.95 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC has been registered by the 2nd
respondent police on 16.03.2016. Therefore, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.
