The petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of court for disobeying the order dated 30.6.2014 made in W.P.No.34375 of 2013.

Pursuant to the order of this court, the Government

has passed G.O.(P) No.111 Rural Development Panchayat Raj
(PA5) Department dated 14.3.2016. If the petitioner is
aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge
the same in the manner known to law. Therefore, no
contempt is made out. The contempt petition is closed.
