ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-
The delay in re-presentation is condoned on payment of Rs.200/(Rupees two hundred only) to the credit of Legal Aid Services Committee attached to this bench on or before 28.01.2016.
