THE GENERAL MANAGER BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LTD., RANIPET. Vs CANTEEN WORKERS OF BHEL REP.BY THE BHEL CANTEEN WORKERS UNION, (REGD.796/NAT) 282-N-BLOCK, ANNA NAGAR EAST, CHENNAI -102 and 2 others.
The matter is listed for being mentioned on account of the mistake in the order dated 09.09.2016. The request to deposit the amount in Court was not acceded to. At that stage, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner requested for further two weeks time to comply with the order. Some part of the sentence in the third paragraph is not correct in the sense that it should read as ``Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner prays for two weeks time to comply with the order``.
The words undertakes to deposit the amount in court are superfluous as that request was not acceded to.
The order be corrected accordingly.
