Seeking to condone the delay of 756 days in filing the written statement, the applicant/defendant has come up with this application.

3.Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application coupled with the fact that the suit is languishing for two years, this Court is of the view that the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the delay of 756 days in filing the written statement is condoned and this application is allowed.
