Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.7479/2010/K.5 dated 19.04.2011 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Basic Service Personnel in any one of the vacancies in pursuant to the Hon'ble High Court order dated 28.08.2009 in W.P.No.8496 of 2007 and W.P.Nos.8498 to 8503 of 2007 and appoint the petitioner in any one of the vacancies based on the representations of the petitioner dated 29.11.2010 and 17.02.2011. Prayer amended as per order dt.4.8.11 in MP.No.2/11 in WP.9079/11.
