Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary action on the complaint dated 11.02.2015 preferred against the respondents 3 to 6 to commence prosecution under Section 83 of The Registration Act 1908 for the offence under Section 82 of The Registration Act 1908 consequently to initiate further proceedings to annul the registration of fraudulent Sale Deed dated 13.01.2015 registered as Document No.228 of 2015 on the file of 3rd respondent in the light of the circular issued by the 1st respondent in Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 in time bound manner.
