The petitioner was initially engaged as Forest Watcher on consolidate basis by the Forest Department. The Government of Tamil Nadu issued an order fixing the statewide seniority. The name of the petitioner is stated to be found in the statewide seniority list. It
is the grievance of the petitioner that notwithstanding the regularization of service of his juniors, there was no attempt made by the second respondent to consider his case for regularization. The petitioner submitted a representation on 14.10.2014 requesting to consider his case sympathetically taking into account the appointment given to his juniors. Since there was no follow up action taken by the concerned respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.
