Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceedings initiated under the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 by the respondents regarding the property of the petitioner situated at Erode District, Erode Taluk, Vadamugam Vellode Village in R.S.No.971/3B2, 971/3C2 and 971/3E2 measuring an extent of 1085 Sq.meters as void, unconstitutional and illegal.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also forwarded a letter dated 22.07.2015 addressed to the Registry to that effect.
