(Ms.) No.75 dated 24.05.2015 and G.O. (Ms.) No.122 dated 01.10.2015 passed by the 1^st respondent in a time bound period.

The petitioner has made a representation on 09.11.2015 and has now approached the Court. The petitioner is not an affected party. Be that as it may, the petitioner cannot be unaware of the situation prevalent from November onwards, where due to the given situation in and around Chennai, the Government machinery is involved with rehabilitation measures. Thus, a reasonable time must pass for the respondent authorities to take any decision, if so required and that period, according to us, has not passed.
