Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the files of the respondent in CST.875807/2012-13 dated 2.9.2015 received on 21.9.2015 and quash the same as being invalid and illegal and further direct the respondent to pass fresh orders accepting the form F declaration filed by the petitioner.
ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the assessment order dated 02.09.2015 passed by the respondent relating to the year 2012-13 and consequently direct the respondent to pass fresh orders, accepting form F declaration filed by the petitioner.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that after filing this writ petition, the respondent passed the fresh assessment order dated 15.11.2015
relating to the year 2012-13 granting the relief sought for by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the assessment order to that effect.
3.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
