JUDGMENT
Mr.M.Sarfudeen Ali Ahamed, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing the Writ Petition, filed against the order dated 18.11.2013 made in O.A.No.1118 of 2012 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench. The petitioner has also sought for a prayer against the respondents to give TA and DA. Submission is placed on record. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Recording the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted for filing a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
