The petitioner is presently working as Pharmacist. He made a representation to regularise his service as Pharmacist. The representation is now pending on the file of the first respondent. The present request is to direct the first respondent to consider the said representation on merits.

The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 12.04.2013 along with a copy of this order so as enable the first respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
