Kalluthu Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District is deemed to have been granted for a further period of 20 years from the date of commencement of renewal of mining under Rule 24 A(6) of the Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 3 to execute the lease agreement and work order in favour of the petitioner for mining Quartz and Feldspar in the above mentioned area.
