2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 22.09.2015 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made in the petition, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
