The petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 22.07.2010 on compassionate grounds. The grievance of the petitioner is that his services have not been regularised so far by the first respondent. In this regard, the third respondent has sent proposal,dated 14.02.2013 to respondents 1 and 2.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to regularise the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Junior Assistant, based on the proposal sent by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.196/A1/2013 dated 14.02.2013.
