Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiotatrafided mandamus for the records pertaining to the impugned report dated 09.12.2013 issued by the 1st respondent in F.No.1/2013/ FSSAI/ CHNIMPORT and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to send appropriate report under the Foods Safety and Standards Act 2006 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder after considering the clarification letter dated 04.08.2014 submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent to enable the petitioner to clear the goods covered by Bill of Entry No.38578637 dated 20.11.2013 for home consumption.
When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced the copy of the subsequent order dated 26.11.2015 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
