Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Letter No.21755/AB2/2013-1 Health & Family Welfare Department dated 20.08.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to conduct counseling for trnasfer only after finalizing the seniority in the post of Food Safety Officer on framing of service rules as directed in the orders passed in W.P.Nos.24661 of 2013 and 24952 of 2013 dated 21.08.2014.
ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file contempt petition
for non compliance of the order dated 21.08.2014 in W.P.Nos.24661 and
24952 of 2013. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous
petitions are closed.
