2.The petitioner was placed under suspension on 25.01.2015, based on a criminal case in 38/2015 for offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C. According to the petitioner, the said criminal case has got nothing to do with his employment. According to him, he was falsely implicated in the criminal case by his relatives. Hence, according to the petitioner, the suspension order has to be revoked by the respondents. In this regard, he made a representation dated 08.06.2015 to the first respondent but, the grievance of the petitioner is that, so far, the same has not been considered.

3.In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
